After a long period of being unused the yacht has just been ashore, to have the Coppercoat to be
cleaned and renewed where necessary, also the feathering prop, anodes etc. serviced. The owners had also
arranged for the deck and cockpit teak to be cleaned, but this had not yet been done when photographed. |

Apart from the electric genoa furler, this yacht has non-standard in-boom reefing.
In-boom reefing is more often found on superyachts, and has the significant advantage over the more common in-mast reefing in that if there is a problem with the reefing gear, the sail can still be dropped. |

Under the weathering, the teak is actually in very good condition. The cockpit canopy is stained and
is not shown on the listed inventory: it will be a gift to the buyer and can be used as a winter lay-up cover.
We will rephotograph the deck and cockpit once they have been cleaned.

A really high quality one owner yacht set up from new in 2000 to be easy to handle for a couple, who have now bought a motor yacht. The boat has just been ashore, and has had the engine serviced. The decks and teak work are to be cleaned, and the sails valeted. |
