We are very keen to take on more good quality sailing yachts and motor-sailers for sale on brokerage. We are seeing a much higher demand for boats of all sizes, and sales are very brisk. We think this upturn in purchases is due to changing patterns in holiday activity, and the attraction of self-contained accommodation and facilities found in yachts. This we feel is due to the extended continuation of the Covid 19 pandemic. Our brokerage commission rates are 4% with no VAT for sole brokerage, and 6% with no VAT if the yacht is also listed with other brokers. We have a £750 minimum commission, but offer free classified adverts on our main website for smaller yachts.
